The Lead Teller role is responsible for both Lead Teller and Universal Banker responsibilities. The percentage of time spent in each role will be determined by the needs of the branch where the banker is located.

This role builds strong, long-term customer relationships by offering personalized service, identifying financial needs, and connecting customers with the right products, services, and internal partners and requires strong customer service skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations, including BSA/AML requirements.
