The elevator pitch of the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Lead Technician, Quality to join the PE quality team in Qingyuan. In this role, you will support both QA and QC activities, including routine laboratory testing, sensory evaluation, quality documentation, non-conformance follow-up, CAPA support and quality system implementation. You will help ensure the Qingyuan operation runs safely, compliantly and consistently, while supporting new-site start-up, quality culture building and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform QC Testing and Sensory Evaluation

Conduct routine physical and chemical analysis, sensory evaluation and sample handling for raw materials, intermediates and finished products according to approved procedures and testing requirements.

• Support Laboratory Readiness and Data Integrity

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as Karl Fischer, GC/GCMS and other applicable equipment; ensure laboratory records, reports and system entries are accurate, timely and traceable.

• Support QA Documentation and Quality System Execution

Prepare, review and maintain quality documents, records, specifications and SOP-related materials; support implementation of site quality system requirements in daily operations.

• Handle Non-conformance, Deviation and CAPA Follow-up

Participate in investigation of non-conforming materials/products, laboratory deviations, customer inquiries or complaints; support root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and effectiveness follow-up.

• Support Audit, Compliance and New-site Start-up

Support internal and external audit preparation, quality compliance checks, laboratory set-up, method readiness and quality process stabilization during Qingyuan site start-up and ramp-up.

• Drive Quality Culture and Continuous Improvement

Promote quality awareness on the shopfloor, provide basic quality guidance to operators or new team members, and suggest practical improvements to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and compliance.

You bring

• QA/QC or Laboratory Experience

3+ years of QA, QC, laboratory testing, quality assurance or third-party testing experience; experience in perfumery, food, chemical, FMCG or manufacturing quality operations is preferred.

• Testing and Sensory Capability

Good understanding of laboratory testing, sensory evaluation and sample handling; experience with Karl Fischer, GC/GCMS or similar analytical equipment is preferred.

• Quality System and Documentation Discipline

Familiar with quality documentation, SOP execution, specifications, records management and data integrity requirements.

• Investigation and Compliance Awareness

Able to support non-conformance, deviation, customer complaint or CAPA follow-up with a structured, detail-oriented and compliant mindset.

• Communication and Cross-functional Collaboration

Good communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with production, warehouse, maintenance, planning and other stakeholders to support quality execution.

• Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Mindset

职位概述

我们正在寻找一位认真负责、经验丰富的 质量高级技术员加入清远工厂 PE 质量团队。该岗位将同时支持 QA 和 QC 相关工作，包括日常实验室检测、感官评估、质量文件管理、不合格/偏差跟进、CAPA支持及质量体系执行。您将协助确保清远工厂安全、合规、稳定地运行，并支持新工厂启动、质量文化建设和持续改善。

主要职责

• 执行QC检测和感官评估

按照批准的程序和检测要求，对原料、中间品及成品进行日常物理/化学分析、感官评估和样品处理。

• 支持实验室准备和数据完整性

操作并维护卡尔费舍尔、GC/GCMS及其他适用实验室仪器，确保实验室记录、报告及系统录入准确、及时并可追溯。

• 支持QA文件和质量体系执行

准备、审核并维护质量文件、记录、产品规格和SOP相关资料，支持现场质量体系要求在日常运营中的落地。

• 跟进不合格、偏差和CAPA

参与不合格品、实验室偏差、客户咨询或投诉相关调查，支持根因分析、纠正和预防措施以及有效性跟进。

• 支持审核、合规和新工厂启动

支持内部/外部审核准备、质量合规检查、实验室搭建、方法准备及清远工厂启动和爬坡阶段的质量流程稳定。

• 推动质量文化和持续改善

在现场推动质量意识，为操作员工或新员工提供基础质量指导，并提出切实可行的改善建议，提升安全、质量、效率和合规水平。

我们期待您具备

• QA/QC或实验室经验

拥有3年以上QA、QC、实验室检测、质量保证或第三方测试相关经验；具备香精香料、食品、化工、快消品或制造业质量运营经验者优先。

• 检测与感官评估能力

了解实验室检测、感官评估和样品处理要求；有卡尔费舍尔、GC/GCMS或类似分析设备使用经验者优先。

• 质量体系与文件管理意识

熟悉质量文件、SOP执行、产品规格、记录管理和数据完整性要求。

• 调查和合规意识

能够以结构化、严谨和合规的方式支持不合格、偏差、客户投诉或CAPA跟进。

• 沟通与跨部门协作能力
