We are currently working with rapidly growing fourth generation family owned security integrator in the greater Quantico/Fredericksburg area. They are seeking a highly qualified Lead Installation Technician to join there team as soon as possible.
This person will oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and low-voltage systems across commercial environments. Provide technical leadership to field teams, ensures quality workmanship, troubleshoot complex issues, and supports project delivery from planning through closeout. Coordinates with project managers, vendors, and clients to keep work on schedule and aligned with specifications. Responsible for training technicians, maintaining documentation, and upholding safety and compliance standards.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience in the security field, 3-5 years of experience.
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and testing various security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
Specific certifications in security systems (e.g., DMP, Axis, Avigilon)
Experience leading multiple teams across multiple projects at once
