We’re looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to help bring Dave’s next generation of products from idea to market. You’ll work at the center of Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to turn emerging product concepts into clear, executable programs.
This is a role for someone who is energized by 0→1 work. Not everything will be fully defined when you start — you’ll help create the structure, uncover dependencies, and make the trade-offs that allow teams to learn quickly and build thoughtfully. You’ll connect product strategy to technical execution and help new products move from early validation through launch and scale.
You’ll help determine how effectively Dave turns new ideas into products members use and value. Your work will create the operating foundation that allows teams to experiment thoughtfully, launch with confidence, and scale successful products across the business.
You take responsibility for outcomes, not just delivery plans. You’re curious about the member problem behind the roadmap and understand how product decisions connect to adoption, economics, risk, operations, and Dave’s broader strategy. You ask thoughtful questions early, surface trade-offs clearly, and create enough structure for teams to move forward without adding unnecessary process.
You’re also a strong connector. You build trust across disciplines, bring the right people into decisions, and adjust as new data changes the direction. You care about launches that work end to end and systems that make the next launch easier than the last.
New product development comes with evolving assumptions and priorities. You’ll have meaningful autonomy to shape how programs come together, with decisions grounded in member insight, data, technical realities, and close partnership across Dave.
