Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) within Visa has a strategic growth initiative to expand beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows between individuals, businesses, and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B provide Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc.). The target market opportunity of more than 185T in potential volume is a Board-level aspiration for the company, with an aggressive net revenue CAGR forecast of 25%+ over the next five years.

Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a key business within (CMS responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments from SMBs to the largest global corporates. We enable business and government entities of all sizes to thrive in dynamic global and local markets, by providing innovative end-to-end payment capabilities and frictionless experiences that simplify the critical processes that businesses perform daily. These critical processes include managing expenses, compliance, vendors and reporting and of course, making payments. Our suite of products and solutions deliver better cash flow, productivity, administrative efficiency, reconciliation, control and acceptance for clients. The VCS PMO team has responsibility for driving transformation, enabling and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery on Fiscal year OKRs and organizational strategy. The team works collaboratively with Product Development, Product Management, Operations & Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, Client Services, and other key enterprise teams, across both global and region stakeholders, ensuring collaboration, alignment, governance, execution, and delivery.
The VCS PMO team has responsibility for driving transformation, enabling and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery on Fiscal year OKRs and organizational strategy. The team works collaboratively with Product Development, Product Management, Operations & Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, Client Services, and other key enterprise teams, across both global and region stakeholders, ensuring collaboration, alignment, governance, execution, and delivery.
Lead Technical Program Manager for Visa Commercial Solutions will provide oversight and governance on cross-functional delivery of the VCS programs & initiatives as well as ensure seamless and timely planning, prioritization and execution, leveraging the Visa Agentic Tool Chain (VATC). This role is critical for a successful delivery of the 2030 Strategic objectives and milestones on the product & technology roadmap.
The person must possess a can-do attitude, a growth-oriented mindset, process-focused and an ability to deal with change and ambiguity. Candidates must have a high technical background, extremely data centric and analytical, and be willing to learn new technologies, leverage Claude Code, Gen AI and other Agentic AI technologies to optimize and govern the programs. (S)he must understand the products and solutions being developed and possess a keen business acumen. Experience in Enterprise Operational methodologies (Agentic, Agile, Stage gate) is highly preferred.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
