ServiceMaster Restore® – Water, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
ServiceMaster Restore is looking for an experienced Senior Restoration Technician to join our growing restoration team serving Crofton, Annapolis, and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently lead mitigation projects in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Water mitigation and structural drying
  
  
• Equipment setup, monitoring, and moisture documentation
  
  
• Fire and smoke cleanup services
  
  
• Controlled demolition and job site management
  
  
• Leading technicians and maintaining job quality
  
  
• Communicating with customers and project managers throughout the job

Requirements:

• Restoration industry experience preferred
  
  
• IICRC certifications are a plus
