What Will You Do?
As a Team Support Staff Lead at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. According to general directives and established departmental and/or Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services policies and procedures, performs administrative support duties including but not limited to training, creating staff schedules, coverage for other front staff or the team supervisor.

Pine Rest offers a full continuum of behavioral health services and is the second largest non-profit behavioral health system in the United States. Our comprehensive behavioral health center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan offers psychiatric urgent care, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, neuromodulation and more.
The outpatient network includes offices and teletherapy services throughout Michigan, providing individualized and group therapy for people of all ages and all levels of need.
Our educational programming includes psychiatry residency and fellowships in child & adolescent, addiction and geriatric psychiatry, PA training, psychology internships, rotations for medical learners and a clinical pastoral education program.
