Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education

The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA

Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and want to find the classroom that best matches your qualifications, experience, and the age group you enjoy teaching most.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education
