Lead Teacher – Infant, Toddler, or Preschool Classrooms
Location: The Learning Experience – Franklin, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating structured, engaging learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and strong early learning foundations.

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates joining our teaching team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom routines using developmentally appropriate teaching practices
• Implement engaging learning activities that support language, social, and cognitive development
• Create a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes independence and participation
• Guide assistant teachers and support classroom consistency
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom experiences and progress
• Support daily transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler or Preschool)
• Prior classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available)
