You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities 

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills 
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children 
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred

Salary Range:$16.50 - $17.50 per hour Shift Schedule:
