Responsible for execution and control of end-to-end tax and statutory compliance across Manufacturing, GCC, and Trading operations (SEZ). This role ensures all filings are accurate, reconciled, and audit-ready, while coordinating with internal teams and consultants.

1. GST Compliance (Execution + Reconciliation Focus)
Perform GSTR-1 vs AR invoice reconciliation
Handle GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation & filing
Perform GSTR-2B vs Purchase & Expense reconciliation
Execute GST ITC validation & reversals (Rule 42/43)
Manage RCM compliance tracking & accounting
Validate E-invoice IRN & E-way bill reconciliation
Perform Export invoice vs shipping bill reconciliation
Support GSTR-9 & 9C data preparation
Prepare GST reconciliation package (Books vs Returns)
Support GST refund documentation & filing
Maintain HSN/SAC code accuracy
2. TDS / TCS Compliance
Prepare TDS/TCS working and reconciliation
Handle TDS filings (24Q, 26Q, 27Q)
Process TDS/TCS payments (ITNS 281)
Generate Form 16, 16A, 15G, 15H
Support 15CA / 15CB documentation for foreign remittances
Handle TCS filings (27EQ) and Form 27D issuance
Perform 26AS reconciliation with books
Perform Reconciliation TDS Vs Expenses
3. Direct Tax Support
Assist in advance tax computation
Support tax provision workings
Prepare data for corporate tax computation
Assist in ITR-6 filing and tax audit schedules (3CD)
Support tax notice responses and documentation
4. Transfer Pricing Support (GCC Exposure)
Assist in transfer pricing documentation & data preparation
Support Form 3CEB and Master File filings
Maintain intercompany transaction data and documentation
5. FEMA / International Compliance
Support FDI filings (ARF, FC-GPR, FC-TRS)
Assist in FLA return & ODI reporting
Prepare data for ECB-2 reporting
Track foreign remittance compliance (15CA/CB)
Support EDPMS & IDPMS reconciliation
6. STPI / SEZ / Export Compliance
Prepare SOFTEX filings (monthly)
Support APR filings (annual)
Track export compliance documentation
7. Companies Act & Secretarial Support
• Assist in:
AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR filings
DIR-3 KYC, DIR-12 updates
MSME-1, DPT-3 compliance
Maintain statutory registers & documentation
Support Board & AGM documentation
8. Audit, Risk & Controls
Provide data for statutory and tax audits
Maintain compliance calendar tracker
Track tax notices & litigation status
Perform AP invoice compliance checks
9. Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly compliance MIS
Support segment reporting (AS-17)
Track compliance KPIs and deadlines
10. Systems & Process
Work on ERP systems (Tally / Zoho)
Ensure transaction-level compliance accuracy
Support automation of reconciliations and filings
Business Exposure
Manufacturing – GST on inventory, vendor compliance
Trading – High-volume invoicing & reconciliation
GCC – Cross-border transactions & transfer pricing
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
CA / CMA (Inter) preferred
Experience
10+ years in tax & compliance
Exposure to GST, TDS, and basic FEMA is mandatory
Key Skills
Strong reconciliation mindset
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
Comfortable handling large data volumes in Excel/ERP
Attention to detail with deadline discipline
Travel:
Frequent domestic and/or global travel is required for this position
