We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Talent Developer & HR Business Partner to join our People & Services Department at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This strategic role is pivotal in driving talent development, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence across the organization.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key member of the HR team, you will:

  • Lead the deployment of Better Together and Care Together programs to foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and well-being.
  • Champion career development, internal mobility, and succession planning for key positions.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a human-centered approach.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on talent development and staffing matters.
  • Coordinate performance review exercises and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings.
  • Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and mental health support across the organization.
  • Manage HR and training budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Represent HR in employee committee engagements and liaise with PETRONAS on manpower reporting.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–20 years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about employee well-being, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HR4U).
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and drive impactful change.
