Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a strong focus on leadership-level hiring. This role combines strategic recruiting leadership with hands-on execution and will oversee a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners while driving recruiting performance, process excellence, and hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for leadership and difficult-to-fill roles, mentoring recruiting teams, leveraging recruiting technologies and AI-driven tools, and using data and metrics to guide decisions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives
- Establish performance expectations and monitor productivity and recruiting KPIs
- Support onboarding and continuous training efforts
- Act as an escalation point for complex recruiting challenges
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership-level and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with hiring leaders to align on candidate profiles and hiring needs
- Develop sourcing strategies through networking, digital platforms, and proactive outreach
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Recruiting Excellence & Metrics
- Conduct screening and interview quality audits
- Standardize recruiting best practices and processes
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including:
- Time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Pipeline health and conversion rates
- Hiring manager satisfaction
- Quality and retention indicators
- Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support recruiting initiatives including process improvements, ATS optimization, employer branding, and recruiter training
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership-level hiring
- Minimum 2+ years leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiters
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site service organizations preferred
- Experience using AI tools or automation within recruiting workflows
- Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
- Proven success achieving recruiting KPIs in high-volume or multi-role environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
