Role and Responsibilities

This position is part of the People Operations team.

• Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India, US and Japan. (English speakers only)

• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.

• Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program
• Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as Engineering recruiter in India
• Strengthen employer branding across various recruitment channels.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments
• Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
