Job Description

The Lead Talent Acquisition role combines full-cycle recruiting expertise with sourcing strategy leadership. The position is responsible for assisting in the design and coordination of sourcing programs, leading recruiting initiatives for priority projects and difficult-to-fill roles and providing oversight to a team of Non-Payroll Sourcing Specialists. The role partners with Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver talent pipelines, improve hiring outcomes, and influence workforce planning decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting activities across management and/or non-management positions.
  • Develop and coordinate enterprise sourcing strategies aligned to priority hiring needs and hard-to-fill skill areas.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to contract NPW Sourcing Specialists to drive hiring outcomes.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and talent intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess workforce needs and develop recruiting plans.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve speed, quality, and diversity of candidate pipelines.
  • Support offer development, negotiations, onboarding coordination, recruiting events, and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Experience leading complex full-cycle recruiting efforts and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and ATS/HRIS proficiency.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting technologies responsibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree, desired.
  • Experience overseeing recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or contract recruiting resources Preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, project-based, or hard-to-fill hiring programs.



Our Lead Talent Acquisition jobs earn between $118,800.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
