The Lead Supply Chain Engineer supports remote continuous improvement programs across 50+ connected factories, driving measurable improvements in service, inventory, and working capital through data integrity, tool optimization, and process standardization. The role maintains and enhances technology workflows, delivers accurate reporting, and enables enterprise supply chain initiatives such as PFEP, POH, MRP governance, dashboards, shortage alerts, and KPI tracking.

Minimum required qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (Engineering degree preferred).
Professional certifications (APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or similar) strongly preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications is a plus.
Experience:
5–8+ years in Supply Chain, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership role (managing planners, buyers, and/or supply chain engineers).
Proven success in multi-site, multi-business environments (preferably global, across different OpCos/divisions).
Experience in manufacturing under MTO, ATO, ETO, and MTS environments.
Demonstrated impact on:
On-Time Delivery (OTD) improvement.
Past Due reduction.
Inventory reduction while maintaining service levels.
Inventory Turns improvement.
