Job Description

Supply Chain Coordination in LATAM plays a critical role in supporting the Service-Construction business and regional Sales (Transactional and Commercial) functions. It ensures demand alignment and coordinates execution across global and local partners-including suppliers, distributors and customers to optimize the flow of products and services from source to end customer.

Supply Chain Coordination currently operates in 16 countries in Latin America so the job requires adherence to established processes and the ability to cope with new situations and resolve a variety of problems.

Responsibilities

A Supply Chain Coordinator Leader is focused to:

* Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.

*Build strong partnerships with internal suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability and timely delivery.

* Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies and metrics for improvement.

Qualifications

*2-5 years in supply chain-related roles - deep understanding of logistics, inventory management and demand planning.

*Previous experience in leadership or team management

*Bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related areas.

*English proficiency

*Knowledge and creation of software tools: SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office

Data Analysis: ability to interpret performance data and use analytical tools.
