Nestlé USA, Inc. seeks multiple Lead, Supply Chain Analytics in Arlington, VA

Duties: Responsible for managing key strategic projects, driving analytical advancements, and supporting the technical strategic direction of the team. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement robust technical analytics strategies, processes, and standards that align with organizational goals. Work in partnership with team leadership to create a comprehensive technical analytics capabilities roadmap, aimed at upskilling team members and benchmarking against industry best practice. Provide expert advice and establish guidelines for analytics methodologies, fostering a culture of best practices within the team. Lead the execution of proof of concepts, pilots, and special projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives set by the leadership team. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of key analytics solutions, ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices, particularly for less experienced team members and end users. Partner with Supply Chain, Analytics, and Data Quality teams to identify and implement business process efficiencies and improvements. Provide coaching and mentorship to both functional and technical analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data analysis results and actionable recommendations. 2 days telework is permitted per week.

Salary: $151011.84 - $161011.84 per year

Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics Operations Research, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, or a related role involving data analytics experience in the Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry.Alternatively, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics Operations Research, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a closely related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, or a related role involving data analytics experience in the Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry. Required experience must include all of the following:

  • 3 years of experience delivering analytics or business intelligence solutions;
  • 3 years of experience working with analytics tools and platforms including Databricks, Power BI, Synapse, and Microsoft Data Fabric;
  • 3 years of experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and explanatory modeling;
  • 3 years of experience in data modeling, data management, data visualization, and programming;
  • 3 years of experience coding in SQL, Python, R, or MATLAB;
  • 2 years of experience working with ERP tools such as SAP, OMP, EWM, Anaplan, or Rapid Response in a complex multi-national industry;
  • 2 years of experience mentoring functional and technical analysts.

Work Location 1812 N Moore St., Arlington, VA 22209. 2 days telework is permitted per week.
