About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Studio Advisor to join our team at BODYROK in New York, NY. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and maintaining Bodyrok’s standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming and organized studio environment
• Provide personalized assistance to clients, including class bookings, membership sales, and account management
• Assist with studio supplies and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment
• Assist with administrative tasks and support studio management as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
• Flexible availability early as 5am and late as 10pm - a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
