Job Description

  • Lead and manage structural design and engineering activities for multiple projects.
  • Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and calculations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, project management consultants, and contractors for design integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex structural challenges.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs within project timelines.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved structural designs.
  • Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising safety or quality.
  • Manage and evaluate external consultants and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support tendering, vendor selection, and technical evaluations.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies in structural engineering.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
  • 18–25 years of experience in structural design and engineering
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or building projects
  • Experience in handling multi-disciplinary teams and consultants
