Seqwater – Supplying safe, secure and cost-effective bulk drinking water to South East Queenslanders
Seqwater is the Queensland Government statutory authority responsible for delivering safe, secure and cost-effective bulk drinking water for more than 3 million people across South East Queensland.
We also provide essential flood mitigation services; manage catchment health; supply irrigation water to about 1,200 farmers; and offer recreation facilities enjoyed by millions of visitors a year.
As one of the largest water businesses in Australia, our operations extend from Gympie to the New South Wales border and west to the base of the Toowoomba ranges. We also have one of the most diverse asset bases of any capital city water authority.
