Job Title: Lead Specialist GES Q2C Order Mgmt

Location: Hyderabad, India

Type of Position: Contractual

Mode: Hybrid

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be at the heart of the order lifecycle—ensuring accurate order processing, resolving issues, and enhancing customer experience. You’ll collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and play a key role in delivering operational excellence through efficient order management systems (e.g., SAP).

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle including order receipt, validation, release, and change requests.
• Ensure accuracy of purchase orders (POs) and sales order creation through thorough data checks.
• Process and upload orders into SAP/ERP systems efficiently within defined SLAs.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain high-quality data entry and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and customer experience.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Prior experience in order management, order booking, or a similar operations role.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems (CRM knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management ability.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
