The Lead Specialist, Engineering and Virtualization II enables the organization's Data & AI strategy by delivering resilient, scalable, and secure platform engineering and virtualization capabilities. The role creates the technical foundation required to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence solutions, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
The role drives platform reliability, performance optimization, and technology standardization across the Data & AI ecosystem. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
8-12 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical business applications.
Experience in Data & AI platform environments, analytics infrastructure, or digital transformation programs.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional technology engagements.
