
Job Title: Lead Specialist – Credit risk & Order blocks
City: Sao Paulo, Brazil
The Credit Analyst role will provide qualitative / quantitative analysis, reporting and recommendation on the customers financial wealth to internal stakeholders within dsm-Firmenich. Alongside, handling blocked order management from end-to-end.

Your key responsibilities
Assess potential and existing customers with our credit model based on financial statements and qualitative information, providing accurate credit recommendations and ensure credit group policy is followed and known by the entire impacted community.
Support the sales increase in complex countries and mid-markets proposing credit risk mitigation solutions (i.e. trade finance) and monitoring AR closely to ensure to avoid/reduce write-off in such countries and markets
Monitor and release blocked sales orders in the system by providing appropriate recommendation to the respective approvers for proper decision making and approval.
Entitle the person to maintain the credit master data as per the requirement.
Require the person to collaborate with various teams both internal and external to credit management for informed decision making and recommendation.
Requires proactive approach towards problem solving and improving process efficiencies and work late shift (from 11 to 20).Should be willing to work in shifts
You Bring
University Degree or equivalent.
Experience in credit management, accounting or finance.
Knowledge base in financial ratios in order to provide accurate credit reports and recommendations.
Two plus years’ experience in working with SAP/FSCM/S4Hana systems would be preferrable.
Proficiency in MS Office pack including Microsoft Excel tools and SAP knowledge.
Fluent communication skills in English – both oral and written
