A role in Corporate Real Estate means the opportunity to develop and execute a long-term, flexible real estate strategies for Target’s non-retail portfolio globally delivering right experiences in office commute to reflect the forward leaning culture of the organization. You will be a key player on a team that manages the lifecycle of the non-retail portfolio and balancing with schedules and budgets while keeping the internal team and vendor partners aligned with effective communication. You’ll drive value through optimized performance. Here, your work will exceed the needs of both Target team members and visitors, delivering a holistically positive and pleasing experience, every time they use the transportation services.

The Lead Specialist CRE Corp Ops (Food & Beverage ) will be responsible for managing and enhancing food service operations across Target office facilities, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for Team Members. This role will drive café operations, menu planning and engineering, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and F&B support for corporate events. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational excellence, hospitality expertise, commercial acumen, and customer-centric thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate cafés and food service facilities.
  • Ensure consistent service quality, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company and statutory standards.
  • Monitor operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service-level adherence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Team Member dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with catering partners and stakeholders to develop innovative, healthy, and diverse menu offerings.
  • Plan seasonal, festive, and special-event menus aligned with employee preferences and business requirements.
  • Track food consumption patterns and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
  • Lead end-to-end food and beverage planning for corporate events, town halls, leadership meetings, employee engagement programs, and special occasions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and event teams to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
  • Track and report key operational metrics, budgets, service quality indicators, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and corporate policies.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduation is mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations within the corporate real estate, workplace services, hospitality, hotel, or managed services industry. Strong management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks, and work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong and positive working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in making presentations
