What would you bring to the table?
Currently licensed in New Mexicowith CEU credit coursessubmittedand approved by the NCBTMB
2+ yearsofrecentmassagetherapy experience,preferably in a highend or luxury spa environment
3+ years of lead therapist/supervisory experience within a spa environment
Thorough knowledge of massage and body treatment products
Proficiencywith computer systems and navigation
Fluency in English- writing, reading, speaking, listening
Flexible schedule-availability toworkevenings,weekends,andholidays
Ability toperform all physical requirements and functions of the position
What would your job responsibilities be?
Oversee all aspects of the Massage and Body Treatment program, ensuring services meet Four Seasons standards and protocols
Perform massages and body treatments with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency while creating a warm, memorable, guest‑focused experience
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment‑room readiness, ensuring all spaces are fully stocked and aligned with brand expectations
Demonstrate adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, providing support to Spa Reception and Attendants as needed
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all treatments and related retail products; recommend and help develop new services and enhancements based on guest feedback and industry trends
Manage inventory processes, including product usage, ordering, andmaintainingadequate stock levels
Schedule team members according to business needs, ensuringoptimalstaffing and monitoring room‑utilization metrics
Conduct ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for Massage Therapists, including treatment technique, product knowledge, and service standards
Promote and support Continuing Education (CEUs), partnering with licensed instructors and ensuring complianceforall licensed staff
Mentor and motivate the team to achieve service, retail, and operational goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Collaborate with Spa leadership on time‑off requests, staffing needs, and other operational decision‑making
Lead or support monthly staff meetings with Spa leadership and contribute to department projects oradditionaltasks as assigned
