We are exclusively partnering with a leading global enterprise software provider that powers customer experience transformation for many of the world’s most valuable brands. This organization is known for its cutting-edge AI-powered platform that enables large-scale companies to deliver personalized, real-time engagement across every modern customer touchpoint. With over 1,000 enterprise clients and a strong foothold among the Fortune 100, they are driving innovation in digital customer experience management.

We’re seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to join their elite pre-sales team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders, guiding enterprise clients through complex solution architectures and showcasing the business impact of their next-generation platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations that highlight the power of AI across marketing, service, research, and social engagement.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle, providing strategic insights on architecture, automation, data flow, and platform integration.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-grade Proof of Concepts (POCs), RFP support, and high-impact workshops.

  • Architect scalable solutions that leverage AI, robotic process automation, and multi-cloud capabilities.

  • Translate customer challenges into solution blueprints aligned with business outcomes and long-term scalability.

  • Guide clients through integrations, ethical AI use, and digital transformation strategy.

  • Represent the platform as a thought leader, driving confidence with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Travel as needed (up to 40%) to meet clients and support high-stakes engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture and contact center or martech ecosystems

  • Deep experience designing and implementing solutions in cloud-based CX or CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, automation, and ML applications

  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence technical and executive audiences

  • Background in leading strategic discovery and system architecture for Fortune 500 clients

  • Experience across data sharing, hybrid-cloud, multi-cloud, and streaming architectures

  • Thought leadership experience (e.g., public speaking, blogs, whitepapers) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range $121,000 – $201,000 (commensurate with experience and location)

  • Performance-Based Incentives Eligible for discretionary bonus or commission plan, with potential equity participation
