Department: - Wholesale Client Servicing
Wholesale Client Servicing is primarily responsible for digitalisation of Customer Onboarding, Product fulfilment, KYC renewal and any Client data maintenance request. The Technology team is primarily responsible for Development and Maintenance of Strategic Customer Portal, Workflow Services, Policy Engine Capability to support complex Integration with External Sources, Internal Sources. It is also responsible for automation of KYC policy. The team demonstrate agile ways of working and provides excellent opportunity to work on modern technology like Generative AI, Machine learning, Devsecops, Microservices and Cloud Architecture.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Lead Solution Architect
In this role you will:
• Strong KYC and CDD process domain knowledge is required.
• Work with Senior Business and IT Stakeholder to evaluate various technical products and Solution options demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.
• Partner with Architects within and outside the team to define interim and target state solution in alignment with strategic architecture for the department.
• Guide developers in implementing best-of-breed technical solutions based on agreed technical design, adopting industry standard development patterns and methodologies (including continuous integration and automated unit and integration testing)
• Guide Product Owners and Engineers in implementing strategically aligned data solutions based on agreed data architecture, modelling, adopting industry standard & bank wide data patterns and methodologies.
• Guide team on adoption of Design patterns, Best Practises and Guidelines
• Participate in Production Support and Production Incident Management on a need basis.
To be successful you will need:
• Strong Knowledge of Application-level Security and Infrastructure design Patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of Application Containerisation design.
• Excellent knowledge of front end and backend technology. ReactJS and Java server-side development experience is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of micro service architecture and ability to write and document REST APIs
• Good Knowledge database schema design. Experience of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostGreSQL is essential.
• Excellent Knowledge on Architecture Documentation and usage of tooling like Visual Paradigm, Bizz Design.
• Strong knowledge of at least Google or AWS Cloud and Security Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Patterns and Data Modelling Concepts
• Must be able to debug the existing code, extend the functionality and/or fix issues if any.
