JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering
JOB LOCATION: 2900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075
DUTIES: Collaborate to gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications, and collaborate with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans and strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers and architects, clients, etc, to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. Responsible for dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing. Support application and solve configuration and environment issues. Collaborate with engineers and architects to review software requirements and user stories and to provide estimates. Create software design specifications that assess and test hardware and software interactions. Design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results, and produce associated reporting. Interface with users on technical issues relating to computer programs. Participate in system and database meetings to develop modules and projects. Act as team lead as needed to provide leadership to less experienced professionals. Migrate legacy systems to modern technology stacks. Incorporate new requirements to enable a better customer and business experience. Design and Develop Software Development(SDK) kits. Design, develop and deploy microservices using Domain Driven Desing. Create workflows that ease order processing via automation using BPM. Utilize Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot frameworks. Utilize Groovy and BPM tools such as Camunda (versions 7 and 8), Orkes, Conductor and Temporal. Utilize Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Azure Key Vault, Azure App Services, Azure AKS, Azure ADX, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Storage Services, Azure VNets, ReactJS, AngularJS, Javascript, JMeter, WireMock, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Spock, Junit, Selenium, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Oracle, Postgres, Cosmos, Solr and Cassandra.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot frameworks; utilizing Groovy and BPM tools such as Camunda (versions 7 and 8), Orkes, Conductor and Temporal; utilizing Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Azure Key Vault, Azure App Services, Azure AKS, Azure ADX, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Storage Services, Azure VNets, ReactJS, AngularJS, Javascript, JMeter, WireMock, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Spock, Junit, Selenium, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Oracle, Postgres, Cosmos, Solr and Cassandra.
