The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Lead Software Engineer – DevSecOps to support our Phantom Works Virtual Warfare Center team located in Berkeley, MO This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
Join Boeing’s Phantom Works Virtual Warfare Center and lead a high-impact DevSecOps team building the secure, modern development environments used to prototype and evaluate next-generation defense capabilities. You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that tackles urgent, hard technical problems for warfighters—leveraging on-premises systems, cloud, containers, AI/ML, and high-performance computing to accelerate innovation.

Pay Range for Lead: $136,850 - $185,150
Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
