As a Lead Software Engineer in Workforce Experience Technology, you will play a key role in enhancing and delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technology products. You will work within an agile team, leveraging your technical expertise to drive impactful solutions across multiple business functions. Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices
