Requirements:

• Currently holding a Senior React Native Engineer, Lead React Native Engineer, or equivalent leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Expert-level knowledge of React Native, including advanced navigation, state management, and UI component design
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep understanding of advanced features and best practices
• Extensive experience building cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS, with a focus on performance and compatibility
• Advanced experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, WebSocket communication, and cloud integrations (AWS or GCP)
• Strong testing skills — unit, integration, and end-to-end — using Jest, Detox, or similar frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, advanced Git strategies, and native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Advanced knowledge of CSS, UI libraries, and responsive design
• Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and able to integrate them into existing systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to mentor a team effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
• Design, build, and deliver high-quality, secure, and feature-rich mobile applications
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability while maintaining engineering best practices
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce industry-leading standards
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Liaise with the technical team and clients on complex technical issues
• Contribute to technology decisions based on hands-on experience
• Guide the team in adopting new technologies aligned with industry trends
• Lead by example on code quality, testing rigor, and timelines
• Oversee app distribution and release across platforms, including post-launch support
