Our goal is to become the leading AI-driven private markets infrastructure platform for launching, marketing and operating funds across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
5–10 years of engineering experience, ideally in a FinTech environment
Deep experience of TypeScript, React, and Node.js or equivalent, you're comfortable owning features end-to-end
You know how to direct AI agents: Setting the right context, reviewing output critically, and raising the bar so the result is genuinely good, not just generated
A solid understanding of financial services workflows, you know what regulated environments demand and how to build for that
Experience working with AWS, and cloud-native architectures
Fluency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern dev tooling
Experience with Agile methodologies and a track record of shipping in fast-moving teams

Take the lead on technical solutions: evaluate options, drive architecture decisions, and ensure delivery

Drive code reviews and champion development best practices across the team
Lead and orchestrate AI agents as part of your workflow as well as inside the product, defining tasks, built-in review of output, and ensuring what ships meets the quality bar for sensitive data and high value transactions. Using AI to elevate velocity and quality.
