This is a Full-time position. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for development of new features and algorithms to improve the Protium Platform mainly in partitioning and optimization algorithms. The Lead Software Engineer will accomplish this by carefully discussing the implementation specification with the team spread across different geographies. The candidate is also expected work with technical support lead and key customers to resolve implementation or usage issues.
Qualification and Requirements
The annual salary range for California is $114,800 to $213,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
