
We are looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive development and integrations within major banking initiatives in the payments, liquidity management, and cards acquiring domains. You will lead technical delivery, shape solution architecture, and ensure successful integration with core banking systems.
K ey Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development and architecture of payment-related systems. Drive integration of liquidity management, cash pooling, cards acquiring, or cash collection solutions into core banking platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Baltic markets and Poland. Ensure high-quality coding standards, system scalability, and solution reliability. Contribute to system design, technical decision-making, and performance improvements. Mentor engineering team members and support best practices
Must-Have Requirements:
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with system architecture and complex payment services integrations. Knowledge of financial or FinTech systems. Experience with Kafka and cloud environments (AWS). Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle. Ability to lead development efforts and collaborate in distributed teams
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of payment cards, acquiring systems, or liquidity management. Experience integrating with core banking platforms (e.g., FC14/FC 14.7)
