We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join first Generative AI Projects . This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of next-generation AI projects that will drive our company's growth and set new benchmarks in the insurance industry. This position requires hands-on coding capabilities to use generative AI solutions and other cloud-based technologies.

· Architect and deliver solutions using cloud services and tools.
· Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge cloud solutions that includes Generative AI within the
insurance domain.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software developers, and
business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
· Research, experiment, and implement state-of-the-art AI products and APIs and techniques to
enhance our products and services.
· Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to
production deployment and optimization.
· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant tools and
methodologies into project development.
· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
· 7+ years of software development experience
· Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, Go or similar.
· Working knowledge of Cloud Computing (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) - AWS preferred
· Excellent engineering skills, strong communication skills fundamentals, and elegance in your
work
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
· A track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects from conception to
deployment.
· Ability to complete tasks “End to End” - from design and implementation to continuous
deployment in production.
· Natural curiosity, ability, and desire to learn quickly
