Lead Software Engineer - Full-stack Dev

Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with a strong full-stack development background to lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications across the entire software development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities**

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Drive architectural decisions and best practices for both front-end and back-end development.
• Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant focus on full-stack engineering.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role, including mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and responsive web design.
• Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Node.js) and associated frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, Spring Boot, Django, Express.js).
• Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
