What you’ll be building (and shaping):

• Lead a small engineering team from a technical perspective and help design smart, purpose-driven solutions.
• Do code reviews, mentor teammates, and support good engineering practices.
• Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and SREs to align on requirements and timelines.
• Improve how we build software — automation, CI/CD, and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Take part in system design and architecture decisions, especially in the AI space.
• Help keep our systems stable, reliable, and scalable.
• Share knowledge, explore new technologies, and learn with your peers.
• Break down complex tasks into smaller chunks, estimate effort, and experiment with different technical solutions.
• Be a technical coach to less experienced developers.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years in a senior or tech lead role.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET Core, and building REST APIs.
• Experience with test automation (unit, integration tests).
• Exposure to AI-based products or interest in this area.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a bonus.
• Agile mindset – we work in Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Open to change – sometimes we need to shift direction quickly.
• Curious mindset – you like learning new tech, tools, and approaches.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with DevOps pipelines
• Experience with Cloud Operations (monitoring, observability, logging)
• Experience with modern frontend development frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, Angular)
