Looking for a Lead Software Engineer who enjoys working on new product developmentwith a passion for customer experience and security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and test of firmware/software systems.

• BuildsecureAPIs includingREST andGraphQL

• Build complex web front-end user experiences with React and Typescript.

• Build efficient back-endbusiness logicon anembedded platform with C#.

• Buildunit, subsystem, and complete multi-platform end-to-end automated tests.

• Prepare andmaintaindesign, code,and test documentation.

• Mentorother engineers

• Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

• Understand. Create. Simplify.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science,Computer Engineering,or equivalent

• Typically,7+ yearsof experiencein one or more of the following areas:

• C#or similar object-oriented language

• Customer-facing web application development

• Securitystandards such as OWASP

• Object-oriented standards and design patterns

• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

• Background check results satisfactory to SEL

• Negative drug testresult(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertisein C#

• Expertisewith full-stack testing includingSeleniumor Playwright

• Embedded systemexperienceon a Linux-based platform

• Familiarity with containers

Pay Range Data

Lead Power Engineer $115,300 - $170,400

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
