Lead Fullstack Engineer role focused on building scalable tools and workflows powering Hudl’s global sports analytics products and operations.

Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack software development
• Currently working in a product-based organization
• Strong experience with ReactJS and NodeJS
• C# experience preferred
• Language agnostic mindset with ability to work across technologies
• Experience designing and building scalable web applications
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Experience leading large product or platform initiatives
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical discussions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
• Experience with AI/ML-driven workflow automation is a plus

Responsibilities
• Build and scale full-stack features across Hudl’s sports technology platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and Scrum teams across regions
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation planning
• Solve complex and ambiguous technical problems with scalable solutions
• Improve analyst training tools and operational workflows
• Contribute to automation and AI/ML initiatives for operational efficiency
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams
• Drive high-quality engineering practices and rapid iteration cycles
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of applications and services

Work Setup: Work from office - 4 days a week
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
