Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture and design for conversational AI/bot platforms
Drive hands‑on development and guide engineering team
Build and optimize AI/ML and LLM solutions using GCP
Ensure adoption of enterprise‑approved AI tools
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for scalable solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Software Architecture, GCP, DialogFlow, Vertex AI, ADK, LLMs
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field
5+ years in software architecture/AI engineering (2+ years GCP)
Strong experience with conversational AI (DialogFlow, Vertex AI, ADK, LLMs)
Google Cloud certification preferred
Generative AI, prompt engineering, healthcare exposure a plus
Nice to Have:
Team leadership and AI adoption experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
