We are seeking a highly motivated Technical LeadLead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a part of shaping Guardian’s most critical customer-facing digital experiences, utilizing various frameworks such as React, Next and Node. This position requires technical familiarity with building scalable, performant web applications in AWS, working collaboratively with a team of engineers, collaborating with business leaders, UI/UX, data and leadership to create best-in-class experiences for our customers.

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
