What will you be doing?

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Java applications. You will be responsible for all stages of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Debug and resolve technical issues reported in production and testing environments.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Java (Java 8 or above).
• Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation or data tasks.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting for automation or server-side operations.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CI/CD with Jenkin pipeline
• Solid understanding of OOP, multithreading, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle or other RDBMS.
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Good knowledge of unit testing (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)

• Cloud exposure is a plus
