Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the operations of slots on a specific shift. Ensure

compliance with gaming regulations, handle guest service issues, and monitor

game integrity. Also responsible for managing staffing, resolving disputes, and

maintaining a secure and fair gaming environment. Lead Slot supervisor is a bridge

between upper management and staff, directing daily operations, guiding team

members and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment.
• Acknowledge and greet guests warmly and sincerely on and off the game.
• Adheres to, interprets, supports, and explains established company policies

and procedures as well as applicable local, state, federal, and other regulatory

procedures

• Accountable for the adherence and/or enforcement of all written/internal

controls and procedures within the casino.

• Responsible for having a full comprehensive knowledge of the internal controls

and adhering to and enforcing the same.

• Coach, monitor, and develop the Slot team for improved performance.
• Develops, implements, maintains, and monitors an effective team member

relations program through effective communication.

• Hires, trains, coaches, assesses, and reviews the job performance of

subordinates, including both non-exempt and exempt team members.

• Analyzes and reviews department-related reports. Reviews and provides input

for changes to the casino floor.

• Monitors and implements the issuance of comps.
• Assists in overseeing the operation of slots and ensures team members are

following company, department, and state regulations.

• Ensures compliance with federal currency reporting requirements.
• Enters the table closers at the completion of the gaming day.
• Ability to add or adjust player reward credits through gaming activity ratings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience as a Slot Attendant, and one (1) year as

a Slot Supervisor.

• Effective knowledge of casino management software and live games

equipment

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently

to perform the necessary functions of this position.

• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and execute written, verbal, and

demonstrated directions, explanations, and guidance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with

guests, team members, and management.

• Must be able to obtain and keep a license issued by the State Gaming

Commission
