Job Description

The Lead Slot Attendant is responsible for:

• Responsible for coin and currency accountability on the slot floor
• Responsible for providing the highest levels of guest service
• Responsible for assisting with jackpots, paper fills, machines tilts, minor machine repairs and slot bank check in/outs
• Responsible for Title 31 documents and accuracy of filings
• Provide guidance to Slot Attendant staff
• Preside over pre-shift meetings
• Preparing shift break schedules
• Provide on-going skills development, guidance, and training for the Slot Attendant staff
• Provide front line support and resolution for guest disputes and/or questions
• Overseeing of floor buy process
• Inventory control and coordination of scheduling office supply orders and stocking: office supplies, forms, floor equipment for staff, etc.

Qualifications

• Requires high volume cashiering and money handling experience.
• Excellent guest service and phone etiquette skills.
• Proficiency with EZ Pay, IGT FJP, and Everi Title 31 is required.
• Previous floorperson experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work card/permits (i.e. Nevada Gaming License, TAM, ETC) before entering this position.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
