Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead & Events Coordinator to join our growing team in Toms River, NJ. This role is responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating events, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities

Manage and track incoming leads through CRM systems
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments
Plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotional activities
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation
Maintain accurate records of interactions and event performance
Assist in developing strategies to improve lead conversion rates
Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the process

Qualifications

Previous experience in event coordination, sales support, or lead generation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
