Qualifications
Required Qualifications - Associate’s degree in behavioral health, Social Work, Education or related field or two years’ experience in domestic violence and/or mental health related field may substitute for degree requirement - Prior supervisory experience - Willing and able to be to be on call 24/7 - Willing and able to lift, push, kneel, bend, reach overhead, and pull/carry up to 30 lbs. Qualifications - Must be certified to perform and score Danger Assessments and Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessments or obtain certifications within 90 days of hire - Must be familiar with family violence, sexual assault and/or human sex trafficking issues - Must be able to deal with potentially hostile and/or uncooperative individuals - Must have project management/problem solving skills - Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics - Must maintain client confidentiality at all times and be HIPPA/Privacy Act trained - Must become CPR certified - Willing and able to learn Indigenous Craftsmanship (Beading, sewing, etc.) - Requires a high level of technical writing skills - Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences - Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs - Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills - Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug/alcohol screening - Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
