We are currently looking for our next TX/ MMP Portfolio Fulfilment Manager to join our Gas Power Services business line in Europe.

GE Vernova Gas Power Services Europe provides the largest power plant services portfolio in the industry, including parts, repairs and field services for Gas Turbines & Combined Cycle plants.

Your Mission: As Portfolio Fulfilment Manager (PFM), you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, proactive and on time project creation, demand placement & follow up. Customer billing, financial project management, status report generation to support Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM).

This Center of Excellence (CoE) team member demonstrates accountability for financial, functional, business, and broad company objectives within Gas Power Services. This role requires fluency in English and Hungarian. Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end execution of purchase orders and contracts, from customer order receipt to cash collection, for all Transactional & CS Service/Repair activities in Europe.
  • Review and understand contractual and transactional terms, sets up projects in ERP systems, and define financial (billing, cost, margin) and milestone plans.
  • Oversee service, repair, and parts order processing, ensuring timely execution from order receipt through delivery and billing.
  • Support inventory management activities related to Contractual Services.
  • Initiate and monitor external billing across GE Vernova ERP systems and local tools, ensuring invoices comply with customer contracts.
  • Produce regular reports on COE activities and tracks timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Collaborate frequently with Parts, Logistics, Sourcing, Finance (AR/AP), and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Support regional CPMs with customer information, contribute to ERP enhancements and testing (UAT/SIT), and assist with other operational fulfilment tasks as needed.

Your Core Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. Engineering Degree preferred.
  • +5 years’ Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, sourcing, project management or demand planning etc. roles.
  • Proficient in various ERP’s (SAP, Oracle Alpha, Excel) with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and provide a strong performance during high peaks.
  • Fluent in English & Hungarian is a must (written and spoken). Spanish and/or other languages are a plus.

  • Multilingual capability, considered an advantage.
