What impact you’ll make

Plan, coordinate, and execute service and operational projects to meet customer and business needs. Responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. Works with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support departmental goals, using established procedures.

What you’ll do

Project & Operations Management

  • Manage service projects from planning through execution, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer requirements are met.
  • Support and improve ITO (Inquiry to Order) and OTR (Order to Remittance) processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Lead operational system and tool migrations while minimizing business impact.
  • Provide guidance on project management standards, processes, and best practices.

Process Improvement & Strategic Support

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze business challenges and develop solutions that increase efficiency, compliance, and performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for OSS operational processes and project transitions.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience with Corporate Systems

What will make you stand out

Systems & Workflow Administration

  • Manage and maintain OSS SharePoint sites, forms, workflows, libraries, and collaboration tools.
  • Support key business applications and workflows, including EHS reporting, resource requests, customer reporting, and engineering request processes.
  • Coordinate updates, enhancements, and user support for OSS systems and tools.

Business & Financial Operations

  • Act as the primary liaison between OSS and Steam Power teams.
  • Coordinate annual customer rate updates within PMX.
  • Manage OSS project creation, demand setup, and JIS processing.
  • Oversee OSS purchasing activities through Ariba and PMX, including supplier setup and purchase orders.
  • Work with billing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of OSS billing activities.
  • Partner with regional leaders to monitor and reduce unbilled inventory.

Reporting & Communication

  • Support business decision-making through data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Develop and distribute operational metrics and business updates.
  • Manage global OSS communications and information sharing.

Leadership

  • Collaborate with global teams, business leaders, and support organizations.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members and stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate work activities with Genpact and other support resources.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
