You will lead a team of technical specialists, guide solution design and delivery, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

  • Provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice.

  • Oversee platform administration, releases, upgrades, technical maintenance and operational health.

  • Lead technical design and solution reviews, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to architectural standards.

  • Coordinate sprint planning, delivery activities and prioritisation across internal resources and external partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and platform optimisation activities.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Ensure platform security, stability, performance and governance requirements are met.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong hands on ServiceNow development and administration experience within a complex enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.

  • Experience designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business domains.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

  • Experience working within agile delivery teams and managing competing priorities.

  • A passion for continuous improvement, platform optimisation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification and ServiceNow Developer certification are required.

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications or Advanced Administration certifications are desirable.

  • ITIL version 3 or ITIL version 4 certification is desirable.

  • Qualifications in information technology or a related field are beneficial.

If you enjoy leading a technical team, improving the maturity of a platform, and delivering value every sprint, we would love to hear from you.
